Take 1 Give 1 Initiative

Anyone who is willing & able is asked to meet in the fellowship hall
after today’s morning worship to help us assemble & sack between
100 & 120 bags of non-perishable groceries for those in need as we
approach the holidays…especially in light of the ongoing government
shutdown. After assembling these bags we will need to move them up
to tables which we will set up along the back of the sanctuary. Then
on the following Sunday, November 16th we ask that each household
take two bags of groceries with them at the conclusion of the worship
service that day. One bag is yours to keep if you are in need—the
other is for you to give to someone who is in one of your circles of
influence & finds themselves in need. If you don’t need one of the
bags for yourself we ask you to give both of the bags away to two
households that are in need within your circles of influence..
